Top Villas Internacional s.l. is an Estate Agency with a Dutch management, located in Moraira on the Costa Blanca in Spain.
Top Villas Internacional s.l. specializes in the sale of property to inhabitants of Western and Central Europe, amongst which The Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Russia, etcetera. Our sales people speak English, Dutch, German and Spanish.
We have at your disposal financial and legal advisors to assist you with your mortgage, insurance and investments. With us, you can be assured of the quality and the expertise which you, as a purchaser of Spanish real estate, will certainly need.

We update the information every working day, so that you always stay abreast of what we currently have on offer. Besides the existing villas and apartments, we also have many offers of newly built properties (building plots and new-built villas).

Efficiency and Procedures
We can offer you a wide range of villas, apartments and plots for new buildings. However, before we view various homes and new-construction projects with you, first of all we prefer to have an initial meeting with you, to discuss matters such as the type of property (villa, apartment, building plot, plot with new construction), preferred number of bedrooms and bathrooms, whether or not you want a swimming pool, the amount that you wish to spend, location (sea view, mountains, valley), etc.
During a follow-up appointment, we will arrange to view various objects with you. From experience, we know that in most instances it makes little sense to immediately proceed to viewings. Also the advantage is that we can go through the objects with you at leisure and, in the period between the first and second appointments, we can arrange a suitable viewing time with the owners who live permanently in their villa or apartment, or whose villa or apartment has been let out. Thus, we never stand before a closed door and we can utilise your time and ours as efficiently as possible.
Financial Services
Apart from the purchase of real estate, Top Villas Internacional s.l. can also be of service with insurances and mortgages. We have contact with a large number of insurance companies and banks. From the wide choice, we select the insurance and/or mortgage which bests suits you. The most expensive insurance is not always the best and the cheapest is not always the worst. Often it is a matter of weighing up the level of the premium against the extent of the coverage.
Other Services
Our service does not end with the buying and selling transaction, but we can also assist you in arranging the connections to electricity, water, gas, etc. You can also turn to us long after that time, you need a good address for maintenance of your garden or swimming pool, hiring out your property or a trustworthy address for a contractor to re-construct your villa or apartment.
